About the Author
Jeanette Fisher
Jeanette discovered the psychology of residential design the hard way. She and her family restored an 1878 Queen Anne Victorian home, which later became the Minute Maid Orange Juice Bed & Breakfast. While undertaking this 6,000 square foot rehabilitation, Jeanette discovered that interior design details significantly influence residents' happiness.
For the next 15 years, Jeanette studied how physiological responses to surroundings affect our emotions. She researched at the University of Florida Architectural Library and obtained further materials on the psychological impact of design from Harvard University Department of Architecture. Jeanette has a Bachelor's Degree from Bethune Cookman College, Daytona Beach, Florida.
Jeanette taught Design Psychology at BCU in Anaheim and the University of California, Riverside. She also teaches professional real estate investing seminars. Jeanette is a frequent radio guest as an expert in real estate and using Design Psychology. She has appeared on television, too. Jeanette Fisher's Media Information
